Our mission at VIP Foodservice is to serve as a premier distributor of quality products and services for our valued customers. To
fulfill this mission, we will develop partnerships with our customers, suppliers, and associates for the mutual benefit of all.
Market
- We are committed to serving our home of Maui County which includes Maui, Molokai and Lanai.
- As the market leader in Maui, we service a mix of commercial and non-commercial operator accounts. We have a diverse foodservice
customer base including hotels, independent and chain restaurants, retail stores, healthcare and schools.
- Our Cash n’ Carry Warehouse store is where Maui residents and small caterers discover foodservice quality products at an
affordable price.
Value Added Services
Over 125 associates provide service in a broad range of duties including warehousing (receiving, storage and loading),
transportation, sales, purchasing, marketing, information systems and accounting.

Our state-of-the-art distribution facility includes:
- A -5 degree freezer
- 31 degree meat room
- Five refrigerated areas that includes two
 coolers (38 and 55
degrees), a 36 degree egg room, a 36 degree wet produce room that has humidity control and a refrigerated dock
- 65 degree
temperature controlled dry warehouse
- 35,000 square foot dry warehouse
- 10,000 sq. ft. mezzanine office area
- 9,000 sq. ft. Cash
N' Carry Store
- The refrigeration system for our distribution facility is a roof top Freon-based system with hot gas defrost.
- Floor protection in the freezer areas is provided by an electric heat system and temperature probe system.
